ELMAS activity in material handling field in started in 1990, pursuing the commercialization of personalized lifting equipments, according to customer needs, complex equipments such as: forklift trucks, elevators and escalators, overhead travelling cranes, storage systems, parking systems, forestry equipments, metallic structures.
Today we’re an important player on the material handling market, with both domestic and international locations. Our company is primary orientated on the client due to our permanent attention for finding the optimum solutions and to satisfy customer’s needs, all based on our know-how in the material handling domain, and according to the european norms and regulations.
Last years developments of the e-commerce, as well as the wish to satistfy new customer and market’s needs, naturally led to the increase of commercialized equipment range, and the realization of an online store.

• 2005 Launch of the Elmas crane production, under german licence;
• 2006Range of products enlarged with stair lifts;
• 2007 ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certifications;
  Sofia (Bulgaria) subsidiary established;
• 2009 Launch of the roomless passengers elevator;
• 2010 Range of products enlarged with: forestry equipments and storage systems;
• 2011 Elmas enlarges its product range, with 500t/month capacity of producing mettalic constructions;
• 2013 Adjacent products added to the range of products, comprising: height safety equipments, load measurement tools, pulling tools, etc.;
• 2014 Launch of the e-commerce platform.
• 2014 After an investment of 5 million Euros, ELMAS increases his production capacity of industrial cranes and metal structures.
• 2015 Launch of Demag type V industrial cranes.
• 2016 Inauguration of the LINDE forklift remanufacturing line.
• 2019 The STONE elevator manufactured by ELMAS wins the first place in “Project of the Year 2019” international competition, “Elevators with special purpose” organized by ELEVATOR WORLD, USA.
