In order to purchase products on the website, you have to accept these terms and conditions.

If you want to create an account on our website, you can order the product/products you want by following 5 steps.

Step 1: login to your user account (USERNAME and PASSWORD). Step 2: choose the products using the option ”Add to cart” available next to each product. After completing your shopping list, you can preview and modify the order by pressing the ”View cart” button. Step 3: check the details of the order: for a successful completion of the order there must be checked or mentioned useful details as delivery address and payment method (cash at the headquarters of Elmas, card or bank transfer). Step 4: placing the order. After clicking ”Checkout”, the products, the delivery address and the payment method are checked and you will instantly receive an email confirming the receipt of the order. If all the data is correct, the order will be processed by our operators. If paying by card, you will be directed to the payment window. Step 5: after the order is processed, you will receive an email on the address listed in the user profile (which includes the confirmation of your order, the price of the ordered products and details of the delivery). In addition, an Elmas representative will contact you by telephone in the shortest time for the final validation of the delivery address and for informing you about the transport costs.

In order to create the account, You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, such as these are specified. If we consider that you do not meet this obligation, we reserve the right to block your access to the service without prior notice for a limited or an unlimited period of time.
