Warranty and post-warranty

S.C. Elmas S.R.L. grants warranty for the marketed products against defects in workmanship or material, in compliance with Law 449 of 2003, subject to the following conditions:

–   the warranty is valid if the product is checked, inspected and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the user manual;

–   any repair of the products under warranty must be performed by S.C. Elmas S.R.L.;

–   the warranty cannot be transferred to third parties and it is valid only in the country where the sale was made;

–   warranty claims must be submitted to S.C. Elmas S.R.L. together with the original sale invoice, the quality and warranty certificate and the product's serial number;

–   the warranty does not cover periodic maintenance works which must be performed as indicated in the technical manual.

S.C. Elmas S.R.L. provides, for a charge, after-sales services and spare parts throughout the normal life of the sold products.
